Helping our clients seal the deal for their buyer’s and seller’s is a daily reward and having the support of our office staff to create a working environment that I love to come to AND one that the clients enjoy while they are here is immeasurable.” She also says “I absolutely love my job. Working with people face to face is the best. And paperwork… Yes, I do like paperwork!! As a small girl, I didn’t play with dolls… I use to cut up cardboard boxes to make filing cards. I had a desk with an in and out box, play phone and piles of papers. I was destined to be a Real Estate Closer!!!
Cynthia and her husband Rob met in high school and have been married for 31 years. “My oldest son is getting married and thankfully settling here and my youngest is in college in Iowa learning about the world. My husband and I have a 2 year old “puppy”, Golden Doodle named Cooper that has helped keep us busy without the boys at home. After spending the last 22 years following our boys around the country with their various hockey teams, it is much quieter at home and we needed a distraction!”

Diane has been in the banking or real estate industry for practically her whole life. Her dad was in banking so naturally she gravitated in that direction. She tried other professions over the years, but it seems she always came back. She began by working in a bank as a teller when in high school but eventually moved into the lending side. Diane processed loans, helped in closing, and was also a rep calling on Realtors promoting their services.
Before coming to Prime Closing Diane spent 5 years in the social services industry. Diane says, “Now I feel like I’ve come back home. The people I work with at Prime Closing are the best. We have a great team!”
Diane is the assistant to closer Debbie Thompson. She helps her with whatever she needs so that files are processed and closed in a timely and professional manner. Diane takes care of the paperwork so the Debbie can focus on the other parts of a closing transaction.
“When not at work I spend time with my partner, Jim and also our 5 grandchildren. They bring us both so much joy and they are the main reason we are in Spokane. Jim and I also love to explore new restaurants, spend time with family and friends and travel whenever we get a chance.”
